You may receive mail and/or email from both the Missouri Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice, based in St. Louis, and the RCRC national office located in Washington, D.C. What’s the difference? MORCRC monitors activity in Jefferson City and around Missouri that impacts your reproductive freedom, and works closely with local congregations, universities, clinics, and health agencies. The national office monitors activity in D.C. State affiliates are financially independent from the national office. How can I tell whether my mail is from Missouri or national RCRC? If it says “Missouri Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice”, it came from us. If it just says “Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice” without a state name, you’ll know it came from Washington, D.C. Where does my membership money go? If you send membership dues or donations to the St. Louis address, your money stays in Missouri and works to educate religious Missourians on the importance of protecting reproductive freedom. If you send money to D.C., it stays in D.C. You decide. Some people choose to be members of both the state and national organizations.
